According to the official Minnesota State Fair website, the coupon book offers 150 coupons with more than $900 in savings on food, merchandise and attractions! You can pick one up before the fair for only $4 wherever pre-fair discount tickets are sold.
Pre-fair discount Blue Ribbon Bargain Books are available for purchase in advance at Cub Foods locations, at the State Fair Ticket Office, and online by clicking here.
